Over the years I have bought hundreds of these frames for my business, and had always been absolutely delighted with the quality and good value of the natural wood product. Sadly, this appears to have just changed, and I have been obliged to return my most recent order, as despite still being advertised as having a natural wood finish, the frames that I received this time were actually poor quality plastic coated mdf. with a very cheap appearance which is sadly nowhere near good enough to use for my business. I hope that the Matalan purchasing department might reconsider this drop in quality which sadly now renders a once greatly appreciated product tacky and unusable.
