This item is advertised as “pillowcase”. We needed 4, so we ordered 4. At that price, we imagined they were sold singly.
It was only when they arrived that we saw the packaging which said the item was a pair of pillowcases. Why didn’t it say that on the website and/or order confirmation?
We’d bought twice as many as we needed.
We had a similar experience with an inaccurate description on another bedding item. I’ve lost a lot of trust in Matalan over this recentl experience.
